Chicken with Tomato Sauce



Preparing Time: 4 min
Cooking Time: 20 min
Yield Size: 6



Ingredients:

4 Tablespoons KDD Butter
6 Pieces of Chicken Breasts, skinned, boned
1 Teaspoon Salt
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
¼ Cup Chopped Green Pepper
¼ Cup Chopped Yellow Pepper
¼ Cup Chopped Red Pepper
2 Medium Tomatoes, peeled and copped
2 Cups Chicken Stock
1 Pack KDD Tomato Paste
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated

Preparation:

- Preheat oven 180 C. Grease a medium oven dish.

-Heat butter into large skillet. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken pieces.
- Fry chicken in butter on both sides until lightly browned.
- Remove chicken and arrange in the oven dish.
- Return pan to the heat, add peppers, and cook 1-2 minutes. Add chicken stock, tomatoes, and tomato paste. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 15-20 minutes until thickened and golden.
